june 4, 2012 lunch

another salad with greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, kalamata and vinaigrette. matt asks me if i noticed anything different about this vinaigrette. i didn't. turns out it's the brine that the olives came in mixed with olive oil and herbs. pair that with the best homemade coleslaw ever, and a lazy scramble of isernio's chicken sausage with red chard, onion and garlic. good stuff.
