dinner is a spot-hitting bowl of golden garlic shrimp, accompanied by slaw made with the last of this week's homemade mayo.

greens on the right are nutty and crunchy and wonderful roasted broccolette, while asparagus spears, also roasted, fill in on the left. baked shrimp in the middle, in a sauce of garlic, olive oil, crushed red pepper and shallot.

 i found the shrimp recipe here and it's big flavor and payoff for little effort!
